A perfect blend of community partnership, artistic expression, and personal commitment - that’s small-town business at its finest.
When Coeur d’Alene native Pepper Smock took on his latest project - creating a restaurant and gathering place for people who appreciate great food, local artistry, and an accessible, elegant atmosphere -- he knew he was stretching some boundaries. But Pepper believes that passion doesn’t cut corners, and it starts at home. That’s why he looked for local partners to build Seasons Fresh Grill and Bar.
Seasons’ Hometown General Contractor: Kris Pereira, Ginno Construction.
"This is more than a building, it’s an experience. Seasons is a showcase for culinary and artistic talent, built for adaptability and change. We’re proud to be a part of the local team that designed it, built it, and makes it work."
Seasons’ Hometown Banker: Angela Erickson, Panhandle State Bank
"When it comes to good business, it doesn’t get any better than working with enthusiastic entrepreneurs and community advocates like Pepper and Midge Smock and Kris Pereira. They know that you have to take careful risks to be successful, and they look for talent close to home to make it happen. Panhandle State Bank is only as strong our local community, where we serve and invest every day for an even brighter future."
